A world well-known outdoor products company is seeking Tax & Compliance Supervisor for their expanding team in China.
Job Description:
Oversight the tax compliance and ensure the tax function across China is compliant with the PRC regulations.
Responsible for the Corporate Income Tax of the company.
Supervise the VAT and all other Tax for the company and all its branches.
Develop the China team a thorough and detailed understanding of company policies and procedures, including those relating to financial accounting and reporting, SOX, purchasing, inventory management, and contract administration.
To provide an independent appraisal of operational, financial and other related processes and to make recommendations on how operations may be improved.
Cooperate with US and AP Regional internal auditor to perform internal audit activities. Follow up the audit recommendations provide by US and AP internal auditors.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or other relevant subjects.
Minimum 5 years related experience in a multi-national company.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in one of the Big 4 CPA firms or relevant audit experience with MNCs.
Working experience in major ERP system like Oracle or SAP is desired.
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills.
Proficient in both spoken and written English.
