Allied Pickfords seeks a Customer Services & Marketing Assistant, China to co-ordinate all marketing and Customer Service activities for China. The candidate we seek should have a minimum 2 years experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, strong analytical skills and comfortable in dealing with foreigners and working in a dynamic team.

Marketing and Customer Services Assistant – China
Job Objectives:
Assist in managing all the marketing initiatives and activities in China. Manage Customer Service activities and assist in improving service deliver. Produce operational reports and deliver to branch managers and operations team.
Lines of communication:
Report to Business & Marketing Manager, China
Work closely with Operations Department and Sales Department
Duties and Responsibilities:
a) Customer Services:
1. Assist in overviewing the services quality related activities in China including process review, packing quality on-site control to achieve our quality target
2. Assist in handling all the customers’ claims/feedbacks/complaints on services provided
3. Manage all the quality related KPI’s to be achieved through reporting and action plans
4. Run monthly customer service reports and work with teams to implement improvements
5. Maintain a register of customer issues & positive feedback and devise action plan for improvements
b) Marketing
1. Assist in managing all the marketing initiatives and activities in China
2. Work with negotiation of suppliers for marketing products and contracts
3. Manage and develop media contracts & relationships
4. Co-ordinate Allied Pickfords marketing collateral to Allied Pickfords brand guidelines
5. Update the marketing spending within the budget and provide monthly reporting
6. Source marketing products and vendors and maintain stocklist
7. Provide admin support to Business & Marketing Manager
8. Manage and review Google Analytics campaign
c) Training
1. Co-ordinate systems trainings for staff, e.g. AMOS, Salesforce, Globalcom and etc.
2. Work with Marketing & Business Manager to indentify Training Gap Analysis
d) Reporting
1. Product weekly, monthly reports for GlobalComms, Customer Service, Insurance Analysis
2. Review and produce Marketing Referral Analysis report & Marketing Activities reports
3. Produce Ad Hoc reports and reviews as required
e) Freight & OSA
1. To manage all the OSA freight booking in china to achieve the committed target per annum
2. To manage the freight purchase in whole of china to control our freight to revenue percentage
f) Other duties/projects assigned by Business & Marketing Manager as required
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree or above
2. Minimum 2 years experience in Marketing or Customer Service experience in similar role, and at least two year experience
3. Fluent in written and oral English
4. Chinese language skills preferred but not essential
5. Demonstrated experience speaking to foreigners in a business environment is a must
6. Strong Communications Skills written and spoken
7. Strong Analytical Skills
8. Must be proficient with software like Microsoft, Excel, Words and Outlook
