One of the leading material science companies in the world is seeking a high calibre person to be in charge of the people development and promote the talent capital to foster the organization in a competitive position.

Job Description:

Provide HR consultancy and strategic advice to APAC and country HRs.
Focal contact for enquiry from Global HR BPs and CoE//APAC on HR matters within APAC level.
Cascade and update senior management on the use of HR tools and programs in APAC e.g. mentoring, development workshop.
Coordinates and translates APAC HR initiatives agreed by Asia Management Team members into actions.
Support calibration of performance management ratings on APAC level.
Coordinates with Country HRs on information collection and to provide updates to APAC heads e.g. APAC employee database.
Identify the talent management needs within APAC market and develop talent management program to accommodate market needs.
Monitor and maintain people portfolio, succession plan, urgencies and vacancies list and development plans. Share talent management best practice within BMS APAC.



Degree holder in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
10 years or above of all-rounded human resources exposure in multinational companies,in which 3 years of solid experience in APAC environment.
Experience in delivery HR advisory service; Drive, execute and coordinate HR initiatives; Talent management and succession plan; Training and people development.
Good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization and display sound judgement.
Fluent in English & Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese).
