This full time opportunity exists for an experienced, passionate and highly motivated Team Leader. The successful applicant will possess:
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• A commitment to the highest levels of customer service
• Previous experience in a similar role
• Accredited RSA training and qualification
• Flexibility to work varying shifts
• Strong knowledge of the local CBD area
• Previous customer service experience, ideally within a Hotel or Serviced Residence environment
