We are actively seeking physician recruiter to provide a high quality recruiting service to the clinical hiring manager so as to meet the clinical personnel demand in the United Family Hospitals and clinics.

Location: Beijing

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in business administration or healthcare related major.
• English native speaker
• Medical background will be desired.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• Must be able to work in a multicultural environment, understanding unique challenges that come with working in an international organization
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and resolve conflict and disagreements in constructive, professional manner
• Service-minded, accountable, passionate and self motivated
• Drive for results

Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Recruiting Director to develop, implement and evaluate effective strategies and high quality processes to attract and retain qualified candidates.
• Implement and further develop sourcing and selection processes, candidate screening, and candidate referral processes, and interview scheduling, interviewing and candidate communications processes.
• Actively play a key role in physician recruitment efforts in the development, identification and placement of qualified candidates.
• Ensure that all the credential document collection are completed in a timely and effective manner in line with existing processes.
• Participate in the ongoing development of recruitment sources, including development of recruiting materials, advertising and physician applicant tracking system.
• Prepare the offer letter and employment contract for new hires.
• Establish and maintain relationships with external recruiting resources.
• Establish relationships with external medical staff associations
• Perform related work as required.
