I am Bea Camille Santos and I am very much interested in applying for any position that would fit my qualifications. I currently hold a master’s degree in International Relations from Macquarie University (Sydney, Australia) and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in AB European Studies -International Relations and a double minor in Hispanic and Germanic Studies from Ateneo de Manila University (Manila, Philippines) in 2009.I am living and working in Shanghai as an international marketing coordinator and I am currently looking to change my career.

Upon graduating from the university, I gained extensive experience from working as a Marketing & public relations associate for Meralco Foundation, a non-profit organization based in Manila, Philippines.

As a marketing and public relations associate, I have managed and implemented the overall marketing strategy and public relations activities of our organization and also headed several fundraising initiatives for the organization’s programs. Furthermore, I handled the message positioning and advertising communication of the organization and worked closely with different media groups. I have also provided administrative and office management support for the organization -from scheduling meetings to coordinating travel and overseeing the department’s budget and accounting. .

As a international marketing coordinator for Guangdong Hyundai Container, Co. (Shanghai office), I have been tasked to perform a variety of functions related to marketing, event management, purchasing and general business administration.

These leadership positions indeed have given me solid experience and knowledge in teamwork, problem-solving and multi-tasking
I have a flare for languages and have attained proficiency in 4 foreign languages namely English, Filipino, German and Spanish. I have experience in teaching these languages to secondary and tertiary students. Currently, I am still learning Mandarin.
I have good knowledge on MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Windows Movie Maker and i-Movie. I am very much interested in learning about different cultures and studying linguistics. I like meeting new people and working with a team, but also find working independently refreshing. I take pride in my work and always strive to push myself to excellence in everything I do.
